We asked you to send in your questions to the show and boy did you deliver some great ones. We are delighted to be joined today.

Well it was a couple of weeks ago now that we actually recorded the episode but we were

joined by longtime royal reporter Robert Jobson. Russell often refers to him as

jobo when we're talking about it. They know each other from the Royal Circuit. And it is great pleasure to have Robert on. He has just written the Haynes Royal Family Operations

manual so he knows all the ins and outs and the workings of how everything functions and keeps the show on the road.

And we also talked a little bit about his experience covering the Royal Family.

Hello and welcome and thanks for having me on. So the reason I got in touch with

Robert via his publishers I saw he posted a fabulous picture on his birthday

showing off the new book that he has published, which is an

operations manual, essentially how the Royal Family works. So you have sent in loads and

loads and loads of questions to answer all of those burning bits of nitty gritty

to really find out what goes on behind the scenes and how things all work.

But first, Robert, I'd love to hear, you've been on the and how did you come in to

but how did how did you come into it and what was it what was it like when you first
