off-season news. The Phoenix sons have waived Nasir Little and E.J. Liddell to create a roster spot and save some cap space.

Hayes, we are that part of the off season where this is leading the lockdown NBA show.

So they're waving and stretching L's three-year $22 million

deal. That move comes as a little bit of a surprise considering that they

signed him last year is one of those kind of chunky tradable contracts, a

human trade chip as they've been described.

But it does open up a roster spot to create some more flexibility for signings, trades, maybe they're a player

in the buyout market later on. That part's a little interesting, but unless you have a strong opinion about

like E. J. Liddell or Nast little, I kind of want to just use it as a news peg to talk about the sons in general.
