The NBA season gets started this week, but not really for the Philadelphia 76ers.

We're going to talk with Kyle Neubeck from P H, LY, Sports, about what's going on with them.

in a second, but I do want to start with Joel Embed. ESPN reported that the NBA is launching an

investigation into the Sixers for how they are handling Joel Embed's maintenance program.

What do you make of the league's investigation and were the Sixers wrong to kind of just be so open about it?

Well, so one, from talking to people it does

seem like this is sort of an automatic one these new rules they have for player participation

there will be an investigation if a star player misses a national TV game right now the circumstances

are a little different in this instance

because Dwell and B'd basically outright said in an interview with ESPN in the last month,

hey, I don't think I'm playing back-to-backs ever again. And once you effectively telegraph that

like not just months, but maybe years from now,
