I'll figure one out later on, but it's a

very important episode because we have two guests on the show tonight to talk about their story

and the story of their three-year-old daughter. This is Jared Jones and Ashley Jones, who are coming

to us direct from the parking lot in at their at their place of

I'm glad to hear it and I understand that the reason you're in the car as opposed to

being at your computer in probably the warmer office is because there

was a problem with the code on the entry lock. Is that right? That's correct. Okay, but these people

are troopers and we're going to do this anyway from their car. Technology is amazing. The first thing I

want to do tonight is to synopsize the basic

elements of the lawsuit that the Jones have filed against certain individuals in Southern California,

this parking lot and the lawsuit are both in Southern California. They live in Riverside, California.

And here's what happened, okay,

because there's a lawsuit that has been filed by the Jones.

It was filed back in November of 2021 against certain parties there in Southern California.

And I'll recap that here in a second.

And then as of August of this year, 2023, circumstances developed such, and information came

forth such that they added the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as a defendant in this civil suit.
