1:07.0	Okay, well, top story today seems to be the mask mandate rejection backlash that has happened.
1:13.4	Should have known there was going to be a little bit more
1:15.4	to this story when this happened the other day.
1:18.0	And ever since, as you know, we discussed this,
1:21.0	US District Court Judge Kathleen Kimball ruled that the
1:24.7	travel mandate went beyond the CDC their authority and the
1:30.0	backlashes come in since that. For one, the media has made sure to emphasize that she is a Trump appointed judge that she's located in Florida.
1:38.4	So there's two evil things right there. They really like to emphasize it that she's only 35 years old so obviously she's
1:43.8	too stupid to rule on anything according to the media. Secondly she's being accused of judicial
1:50.2	overreach of textualism over her interpretation of the word sanitary in the
1:56.2	1944 Public Health Service Act that the CDC relied on to issue the mandate
2:00.9	they're saying that she kind of took her own version of that
