It's important to timestamp these days.

We are recording a little less than 24 hours after the January 6th Committee held a surprise

hearing for the surprise witness.

A name that will, is I think already a household name and will become more so, Cassidy Hutchinson.

There's a whole lot we learned during the hearing, former President Trump really was

planning to go up to the Capitol.

There was ample knowledge about the January 6th plan within the White House and the days

leading up to the riot and in fact concern about the potential for violence was contemplated

and talked about within the White House and the White House was aware that people gathered

on the ellipse were armed, but the hearings continue to leave us with more questions.

Will the Justice Department pursue Trump supporters or Trump himself for witness temperate?

What about allegations of fraud, both in fundraising and in creating a slate of alternative

alternate electors and are the hearings really designed to build a legal case for prosecution

after all, my guess today or to the reporters who have been following the hearings closer

than anyone you can find, both from a political and legal aspect.
