Adrian, welcome to the take. Let's start with what's happening right now in Mexico City.

The Mexican Capitol saw protests against gentrification on July 4th, again on Sunday, July 20th, what were these protests

like?

I think people are really upset that the housing in Mexico City has become really unaffordable,

that people are being pushed out from the central

areas of the city to live year by year further away from the few nice neighborhoods that the city

can offer, especially young people, I would argue. If you see the rate of young people who live

with their parents in Mexico, and that's about 50% of that population.

So, yeah, there's been some protest arguing that the city should become more affordable

and blaming Airbnb and foreigners for driving the price of housing up.
