Today we're going to do a deep dive into what to do when you feel like you're under

attack.

You know, I get prayer requests a lot, as you do, and sometimes they're stunned they're they can't

believe something's happening and there's this urgent flare goes a pray for so-and-so pray for so-and-so

and i i was just reading something uh recently and and it's it spoke so profoundly to me

i felt it was a word to share with you.

And that is that when believers come under attack from whatever the nature of that attack is,

financial, physical, family members, circumstance, persecution, rumors, gossip, slander, whatever,

you could tell the intensity of the attack

by how it affects you.

In military terms, when the Bible says about,

Paul talked about the Ephesian weapon of faith,

holding faith out like a shield,

he would talk about, Paul talked about that, because holding

that shield out for the soldier, enabled them to intercept the thing called a fiery dart.

A fiery dart is something that was designed with asphalt wrapped around the arrow so that when it was shot at you, it would splatter.

Now, if it hits you here in the helmet and the face, it creates this sudden panic of, ah!

But if your shield can intercept it, boom, boom out front and you get in front of it

boom this way you can you can absorb that because you see it's coming you can prepare

yourself sometimes that splatter gets past your interception you didn't see that thing coming

b'am it hits you When it hits your emotions,
