We're talking today about how Catholic fathers, Catholic elders in general, have failed

their children, how they've failed their young, particularly their young, adult young, who are

having a hard time getting paired with others. And a lot of it has been downstream of starting this Catholic matchmaking site.

We originally wanted to pair 15 men and 15 women. Together, we thought this is a reasonable goal.

This isn't something we are setting out to do full time. Well, we ended up taking on board five times

that amount in women and three times that amount in men because there

were so many good applicants and the need is so large. In our original advertising campaign,

Will Nolan said in the commercial, we're doing something that the sweet old ladies at your

parish, your fathers in particular and your community of peers and elders writ large have failed

to do.
