There's a lot of similarities from what I found.

That's why I like talking to combat veterans and veterans in general because there's

those similarities and they've experienced kind of the same, you know, mental trauma and whatnot.

Yeah.

You know, that's, you know, I was trying to think, when I was on the plane here, I was trying to think

about, you know, what I would say to you and things like that, you know, different things we would talk about. And, you know, I was thinking about, you know,

the prison that I've been in for, you know, the PTSD and mental health prison that I've been in

since, you know, basically birth, you know, my, you know, finding I was adopted when I was 18,

that turned at that 18, that turned,

at that moment, that turned everybody in my life at that point was either, either abandoned me or

lied to me, you know, we're, the Banky family was really close. So we would have, you know,

family reunions, you know, very, very often, you know, a lot of extended family, aunts and uncles and everybody. And then, you know, family reunions, you know, very, very often, you know, a lot of extended family, aunts and uncles and everybody. And then, you know, to find I was adopted and know that everyone knew about it, you know, all that time, you know, it just turned all those people into, you know, basically liars to me at that time. You know, I process it and understand why now and, you know, grown, but 18, finding

out that, you know, your whole life got flipped upside down, you know, that was, you know, that's

basically a lot where my prison started, you know, my, my mental health prison, you know,

and just recently, you know, got released out of that, you know, over the past couple of years,

out of my own doing. But, you know, on the plane coming here, you know, got released out of that, you know, over the past couple years, out of my

you know, and bring up that the mental health issue in this, in this country is crazy, you know.

And, you know, just proof is into putting what happened yesterday, you know, this probably got an arrow down the road a little bit, but Trump just got shot, you know, got off the plane and turned on my phone and Trump got shot. It's a crazy surreal world we're living in right now, you know, and I think it needs to be addressed and talked about, and I think that's how we heal. Yeah. And I was bringing it up.

Yeah. And so many people like the people I've talked to, they all go through very similar things and it

brings them down different paths. Some people, you know, it leads to crime or addiction or it leads to

mental health issues or it leads to both. And a lot of people don't talk about it open and
