My guest today is Flipped Lifestyle community member Terry Dunlap.

Now, Terry has been on the podcast before. We will have a link

to his first episode in the show notes. You may remember him as the hacker turned good.

Back in the 80s, Terry actually, or maybe it was the early 90s, I can't remember exactly when it was.

Terry got arrested for credit card fraud and computer fraud when he was 17 years old. And that led him into technology.

Over the years, Terry started using his, what would you say, skill set for good. And he started

helping the government. He started helping corporations protect themselves from online hackers.

Over the years, that led to a career in training other people to protect corporations from hackers.

And he was doing all kinds of in-person classes.

Then the pandemic hits.

Terry transitioned into online teaching, into online instruction, and building communities around what he was doing.

Well, on our last podcast, I helped Terry rethink about his pricing structure, rethink about how to tier his membership,

how to bundle different packages together. And he was able to turn that into massive growth over

the past year. In fact, he grew so fast that he got the attention of Microsoft. And he just made a deal

with them to sell his company to them

for $20 million. Y'all, you are going to absolutely love this interview. We had a fun time
