Getting ready to recap the Memorial Tournament,

the 50th playing at Jacks Place.

And what a freaking week that was. J.T. Posting, James Tyree posting. That's right. Friend of the program. Having a pretty terrible year, to be honest, before this week, but he outlasted Ryan Gerard in a playoff in what was, in my opinion, one of the best Sundays we've had on the PGA tour all season. A little five- to, I thought for a while, it was like, we might have a super playoff here coming down the stretch. And it was a nice mix of the leaderboard like JT, who, if you had JT's name on your short list going into the week last week. You didn't, you lie. You're lying. Or you're the smartest person in the world. Like there was really no top 20s on the season.

He's been one of the best putters on the PJ tour for a while, or I consider him at least that. And it's been not great. It's funny you say that. So I looked it up. So strokes gained putting,

2021, he was second.

And then he went to, I believe,

41st, then 29th, and then down to like 80, then 100, 110. So he's like getting worse pretty much every single year on the PGA tour. He switched putters at Colonial, put in the tailor-made spider, also switched golf balls, which helped him a lot. I guess he was struggling in crosswinds with his irons, but went out there and the first three days, I mean, it was just an absolute joke. Stripe show made everything he looked at, and then the Sunday pressure. I thought he was going to lose it there for a while. And then what a comeback, Bertie, in three of the last five. I got that shot on 18.

Right underneath the hole makes that one when he had to make it. I mean, shout out Ryan Gerard, the putt on 17. I was like, that's going to be the one that does it right there. That was wild. He looked good. I was curious to see him down the stretch or a golf course like that.

looked really damn good like the distance is he's hit they're, he's got 144 here to the back left pin.

This is a sand wedge. The clubs he's hitting is, he's hitting wedged from like 170. So we're on the range at Colonial. In Ohio. And Doddy and I are talking to him. And he's like, hey, like, you'll get signals. He goes, they're right. He goes, I hit my iron's crazy far. and I was like, okay, whatever.

He lofted like crazy, but I said, I don't care.
