Today on the show, kind of an all-encompassing roundup of everything that's going on as it pertains to free agency.

First wave of it has really settled down.

The Dolphids obviously had one notable signing as far as dollars involved with the

Malik Willis contract.

But the vast majority of these other contracts, as we continue to get more and more of the firm numbers that run in.

It's a very calculated approach.

So we're going to talk about where the team stands right now,

at Cap Space.

We're going to talk about how sustainable of a long-term model,

something like this would be with the extreme degree in which the dolphins are handing out veteran salary benefit contracts,

and we'll talk about that.

And we'll start with the terms of these contracts.
