Welcome, Ananga. Hi, Shen. and what are some of the things that you recommend to help quell anxiety during the summer months?

I like to focus on teas for me tea is medicine and so soothing such a nice ritual to add into your days.

So for me, summer teas are really important, particularly if it's heart and humid, which my anxiety doesn't particularly like.

So at the moment we're favoring teas with rose petals, jasmine flowers, lavender, lemon balm, sometimes we pop out in the garden and pick some of our own herbs and

leaves to add to our infusion, certainly in the afternoon and evening, sipping tea but with a cooling nature something to cool down the heat and
