In some cases, I was spending upwards of $20,000 a month.

And when you're spending that kind of money, there's pressure to get those leads to convert to at least pay for themselves.

And so this takes the pressure off of that.

It's been a year since I posted on this podcast.

And we're coming back at you with some fresh stuff, new direction, what I've been

Yeah, we're going to be talking about how entrepreneurs are able to grow their business in 2026 using YouTube. It's actually what we've been following, what we work with our students on as well. And I want to start by highlighting a client of ours, Matt. So Matt is a piano coach. And when he came to us, he was just trying to get some views. That's all it was.

Now, yes, on this, we're going to talk a little bit about YouTube and growth and all of that. Sure. But really on the back end is, you know, how do you grow a business out of it? Because you know from experience, you've built multiple six and seven figure businesses on the back of YouTube and on multiple channels as well. So what we want to talk about with, with Matt, I want to highlight him.

He's one of our students.

And when we were working with him, he was just struggling just to get views at all. He wasn't really thinking much of the coaching aspect or business aspect of it. Not at all. Until he kind of came into our world and kind of talked about it. And one of the ways he did is he went through 100K roadmap, which I guess I'll drop that now. 100K, also went through our program, our 1K collective, and started getting some views. Nothing crazy.

Now, now, didn't blow up, right? Probably getting 1,000 views of video on average. Great. Awesome.

But one thing that we started talking about with him and he saw us do is, you know, how can we get more clients, right? Because he also was a coach on the side. So he would do some one-on-ones here and there. I think he was a teacher as well in school. So that's the one thing we kind of started going into. Well, I'm just going to give you a little fast forward where he is now and then we'll break down how he got there. Sure. Right now, he just reported to us two months into first launching his ever first thing on online.

He's never sold anything online.

Nope.

Two months in, he's generated over $25,000.

And again, only averaging thousand views of video.
