Small business cannot rely on their insurance to cover what it is that they lost. They actually

need to put in place their own resilience tactics. That's what will bring them the resilient

advantage. If they rely on risk transfer, which is what insurance is, so you get, you know,

you pay your policy and then you get a payout, it's not going to be enough. And it's possible that in future years, they're not even going to be covered to the extent that they were if insurance continues on the trajectory it's on.
