to the Laker Film Room podcast. I'm Pete, joined by Darius. And yesterday we did a new kind of pod

that we hadn't done before. We did a little exercise on evaluating the Lakers athleticism.

Had a lot of fun with that. And through the process of doing that, I had a couple of conclusions

that, you know couple of conclusions that,

you know, I see the team a little bit differently than I did before, but it also confirmed

a few things too. I'm going to do the same thing today, but with the Lakers from a skill perspective.

So put athleticism to the side, who can shoot, handle the ball, pass, and then IQ. And so we'll start there, Dee. Those are my four categories. Before we really get into it, do you have another category within skills that you would like to add to this or substitute for anything? So what are we looking at Pete? We're looking at ball handling. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, I'll repeat those. So shooting, ball handling, which is dribbling, but also, you know, fakes and everything that comes with handling the ball, passing, which I suppose you could argue is part of handling the ball too, but is a different enough to warrant its own category. And then IQ, which to me is an all-encompassing. Do you know when to do what? Yeah, I think that that's about right.

That's a good thing to build off of. Okay. And so to repeat the framework from last time,
