0:37.0	I'm not to head pastor, but I'm staff. And I'm 37 now. I haven't put a lot of money away for retirement at the time when I graduated, you know, a couple of, you know, not too long ago.
0:50.0	I just got into ministry, full of energy, full full of life didn't think much about it
0:54.5	now in 37 praise God I'm married we have two kids and I'm like man I I I
1:01.2	realize I'm getting tired more and I know that I need to put money away for retirement.
1:05.1	So I'm trying to put away, I think 24,000 now in a 4.3B with Guidestone and I know it's not enough you know and I know I need to do something different so
1:15.4	I'm just trying to figure out the best thing to do love my church I want to leave enough
1:19.2	and what do you make what do you make on the best thing?
1:21.2	What do you make on your pastor salary?
1:23.0	So I'm so after taxes it's 888 37 a week.
1:29.0	And is your wife home with the children?
1:32.0	No, she's a nurse. She makes about the same.
1:35.0	She makes $800 a week. So like $45,000 a year?
1:41.0	Yeah, I think, well, that's after taxes are taken out.
1:46.8	Yeah.
1:47.8	So it's, I think I'm about $53,000 maybe.
