Again, I don't know exactly how and why they change their mind, but they must have decided,

you know, if something goes really bad here.

When I say really bad, I mean like a player dies or an athlete has long-term health problems

or a coach does or even fans somehow, if some places are letting some fans into a stadium

and somehow they end up with COVID, the lawyers must have determined, you know, maybe I'll take a hit here, but it's not going to be that bad.

It's going to be worth the payoff of having football.
