I was in so much pain.

There's not a doctor that could fix that. I don't care that I'm 70. That's not okay. And you signed up for Warrior Boom. Oh, yes, ma'am. How else was I going to get in shape? Because our bodies require attention. They are like cars. And the older they get, they need to be tuned up and shined and change the spark plugs. My doctors cannot believe. I can crawl on my

knees. I can do the child's posture. I can get up and down off the floor without holding

Though she had a knee and hip replacement and years of immobility and postmenopausal struggles, which I know a lot of women knew you're going to really resonate with her story.
