before we get to you know private money and flipping and everything you've been involved in, I guess, can you start off with telling me a little bit of your backstory of how you got into real estate?

Sure, it's funny because my background is so relatable.

It's very traditional, you know, just like most people out there, I was raised to go to school and get good grades.

I was always average.

And then, you know, culturally,

it was the highest form of education. So for me in my big crazy family I'm the only one with an MBA everyone else is a doctor or lawyer has their PhD
