The race is on, and with the FIA's process of analysing the way the late safety car period was handled in the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix underway and continued question marks over Lewis Hamilton's future, the controversial end to the 2021 season remains the big talking point in 2022.

But what can we expect to change? And is Hamilton retiring really a possibility?

Well, Scott, hello, how's life? You now completely clear of COVID?

Yep, all good. The recovery is well and truly underway. I've discovered in the last few days that my, um, the combination of having COVID and then before that, had a bit of a chest infection.

Like, having that back-to-back attack on my respiratory system has left me like my cardio levels

are absolutely zero at the moment.

So I'm out of breath so crazy easily.

But other than that, all good.

Looking forward to, well, I was going to say speaking about this topic for the hundredth time

in the last sort of three weeks, but at least we have some new stuff to get into today. So it doesn't feel like we're treading over quite as much old ground as before. Yep, it has certainly now moved on. Mark Hughes, how are you? You're down south this time. Yes, I'm south-west. I'm from the northeast. So I'd like to just do the opposite and just see what it's like outside.

I'm fine.

I'm COVID-free.

Assuming I could make a visa application correctly, I could be eligible for the Australian Open

because I've got no COVID and I'm fully vaccinated.

But other than that, yeah, everything's good.

Excellent.

Although I do have to say, if you're going to do the opposite of the Northwest,
