As you think about the nervous system, and we've talked about this before, when you are living in

Ventral, you can be calm, curious, connect, you can be content, but curiosity goes out the door as soon as you look at that screen.

Unless you're curious about the news and the world and all of a sudden, then you're doing things that are mindless. You're not doing things that are creative.

But what ends up happening is we're so distracted. The distraction is actually helping calm our nervous

system in an unhealthy way. And so it's leading to a place of ultimate numbing out.

Well, and that's, okay, so that's a great, like such a, such a good point.

Because the nervous system wants to be regulated. It will regulate somehow. And it, if that is,
