Hello and welcome to best laid plans.

This is your host Sarah Hard Unger and this is the podcast where we talk all things planning

0:14.8

and planning adjacent.

Today's episode is a little bit of a departure from my norm in part because I'm going to be doing a rear, something I've done only very rarely, the inception of this show almost three years ago now.

1:16.2

and got it to stop moving, and then we were able to get help. It was extremely scary,

1:20.3

and I was left with some injuries, but thankfully, nothing severe or long-lasting. My head was

1:26.4

untouched and basically banged up my knee and a little

1:31.2

bit of my back and everything is kind of on the mend. But because it's been kind of a tumultuous

1:37.2

couple of weeks and because I am not feeling my best, I'm going to take my own advice and keep
