| 0:58.2 | spring we have the really comfortable mild days and then we have the occasional |
| 1:05.7 | day like today where I have to remind myself, it is spring. |

| 1:16.5 | Actually, it might be a two or three off before temperatures get back to where they were before |

| 1:25.4 | So it has been three months since I started my year of getting stronger. And today, |
| 1:34.3 | I want to tell you how things are going, both the good and the bad. First, let me set the, paint the picture. |
| 1:47.0 | My year of getting stronger, the whole point behind it, |
| 1:52.0 | the focus is to pick an activity |
| 1:55.0 | and take an entire year and build on that activity |
| 2:00.0 | that hopefully intentionally makes me stronger. |
| 2:06.6 | So my activity was walking with a weighted vest. |
| 2:12.6 | Now it's an entire year but my year of Stronger can be started at any time, not |
| 2:19.2 | simply January 1st. |
