I was 10 miles into this run. I was tired. I was fatigued. I didn't feel like running. I start walking back to our house.

If I quit on this run right now, what does it say about my character? What does it say about me? What does it say about my future?

So I stop. I go back to the trail. I finished the run. I ran 18 miles.

Ran one additional mile just to prove to myself that I could took my hat off, wrote one more on the bill of the hat, posted on social media, and it went nuts. It resonated. Just that mindset of one more. If you spend one more hour in your business, that will lead you to greater success. If you spend one more hour in the gym, that will lead to greater muscle gain. If you run one more mile, you'll build more endurance. Make very intentional choices because there's so much power in our decision making.
