0:52.0	My career began in 1983 when I moved on to my in-laws farming operation.
1:00.0	I was influenced by college, by land grant universities,
1:05.0	by the current farm program,
1:08.0	by years of tradition,
1:11.0	and by the large agrochemical industrial mindset.
1:18.4	In 1993, immediately after my wife and I purchased the ranch,
1:26.0	I started down a path of no-till.
1:30.1	I bought my first no-till drill,
1:32.1	sold all of tillage equipment, I was committed.
1:36.0	1994 came along.
1:39.1	We had switched to 100% no-till, we had a pretty good crop, and I thought, boy, this is easy.
1:45.0	Well, 1995 came along.
