This is a podcast where we get to interview hosts from all around the world and really to dive

into their business to see what tactics trainings and tools they use so that you as a host may be

able to implement some of those tactics and trainings into your business. Today I'm excited because

we've got Lauren Havens joining us and Lauren is a host all the way from Utah in the USA.

She owns and operates home Havens. She's got two boys Sage and Mo and along with her partner is

involved in real estate. Today we're going to hear how real estate investing and particularly short-term

rentals has allowed her to take her control of her schedule, their lives financially and yeah,

we're excited to dive into business so welcome along Lauren.

Thank you. I'm so honored to be here. It's fun to be a part of something you've watched before,

so thank you for having me. We love having people from all across the world and so I'm not

going to take any fun away from your business is amazing and what I'd love to do is if you can

just introduce yourself, your business, how many units and how long you've been hosting for

I'd love to give the listeners some insight into your business.

Yeah, you bet. So my name is Lauren and I run home Havens. My last name is Havens so there's

the connection there. So we got into this in 2017 just the last part, December of 2017 and it is

just slowly grown and snowballed since right now we manage just over a hundred and I'm not sure

for in the 148 or 150 we add units fairly regularly. We are at a good number this week.

It's a really fun ride and I don't always know exactly when you live listings list so I guess

there you go. Yeah, so we just kind of got into it got into it when we bought two investment

properties. My husband and I bought two they're just outside a national park in southern Utah

and when we were down there getting those ready to go we thought hey I think these would do
