Today I am joined by Rachel Wilde, co-founder of Booth Hair Care, which has gained a very big cult following in the past year. I'm actually very surprised that you've only been running for a year. Eight months. Eight months. Eight months. Oh my goodness. Well, we are going to be finding out all about Booth, all about Rachel and how you started and grew the brand. But before we start anything, in true Sherlock style style we're going to run through outfits so

do you want to talk me through what you're wearing yes i'm actually wearing this blazer i wear it to death

it's an Australian brand called bubbish two sisters from south Australia in adelaide I love all

of their stuff but I love an Australian designer moment um we were just saying the Aussies do it so well

and there's so many brands that we're all obsessed with that and out here. Yeah. I feel like we do the mid-market quite well. Yes. The shirt, I actually have no idea, because I borrowed it from one of my colleagues this morning. Talk about, like, you know, being in an office school of women. We're all living together on this trip and we're all in each other's wardrobes, which is, it's ideal. And then the skirt is from Sheik, which is also Australian. I love when I meet in Australian and they say all these brands I've never heard of. Yeah. Add to basket. Yes. And the tights are MNS. And I have to tell you, these tights like the best tights I've ever tried. They don't ladder and they stay up really well and choose a baleenie which is also Australian I think. Love those. Yeah. And the bag. We need to show the bag actually. A cute little silk number. I actually don't know where she's from. I think I got her off the iconic last minute for like a wedding that I was going to

and I wanted a matching matching bag. I love that. My blazer is from ASOS and my trousers are Dish,

Australian brand. Love it. And then wearing some San Laurent loafers. Gorgeous. But I'd love to

start at the very beginning with your career journey. How did everything start for you?

Well, Booth, like we said, is only eight months old. So to understand how Booth came to be, I have to

almost take you all the way back, which is I started a skincare brand six years ago. And that was my

first foray into like building a business. So I studied marketing. I love marketing and brand building.

But my first ever job after studying was in medical devices.
