So when I get home, I often flip on the TV and I'll flip around like the sports shows and I got home and it was right around the time that the announcement was made about Dan Quinn and I sit down and I'm having my lunch and I

had Colin Cowherd show on and he had some interesting stats of the last three

years. This would be anti hiring a defensive guy. In 2021, the playoffs, offensive coaches

won 12 games in the playoffs, defensive coaches won one.

In 22 in the playoffs, offensive coaches won 12 playoff games,

defensive coaches won one. And in 2023, 24, this season, it is 9 to 4.

Buffalo is the team that won with the defensive head coach. Well you know the counter to that.

The counter to that is... I'd love to hear a counter to that because this is why owners are

looking for offensive. Well the counter to that is those numbers are skewed because there's far more offensive oriented

head coaches than there are a defense.
