Rube for the most part is kind of business as usual at the Nobercare complexes.

Yeah, it kind of feels like a preseason week, you know, Jets, preseason game number three, a lot of

backups, getting reps.

One thing about this team is their focus is incredible and it has been throughout the playoffs

has been throughout the year.

It's something Nick has preached since the day he got here to treat every day the same. The stakes are higher, but the process stays the same and they've

really bought in. They really believe it and they live it and they breathe it and it works. I think it's a big reason

they are where they are right now. It gets

harder and harder each week and certainly once that plane lands in Arizona they're

going to see hype and media and attention and distractions like they've never seen but I think this team's really equipped to handle it as well as anybody.

Look, we've both been to Super Bowls.

I've been to a bunch of them, and there's nothing like it.

And if a team can navigate that,

and I think this team can, it gives it a big advantage.

Yeah, it certainly does.
