Hi, I'm Vince Quinn, and I'm here to tell you how to use pilots to build a better show.

0:10.8

And when you think about the landscape today when it comes to any type of media production that you might do, one of the biggest problems today is output.

0:20.5

Output is a massive problem. And Vince, what do you mean by that? Well,

0:24.0

I'm talking about a couple of things. One, the push to be instant, right? You see so many things on

0:29.3

social media and it's always reacting in the moment, being present, being constant in the feed.

0:35.1

1:18.6

businesses and fellow influencers. You're talking about, I don't know, dogs that have their

1:25.4

own accounts and like anything else, right?

1:27.6

It's just how do you get out there all the time and grab attention when literally almost anything that exists has an account that you're also competing against?

1:36.3

So you want to get the output.

1:38.9

And because of all of that, as a podcaster, I think one of the biggest problems is that a podcast feels disposable at times, right?

1:47.6

A certain episode, you might just be, oh, I'm tired, oh, we're behind, we just need to get this out.
