How are you, my friend? I'm doing great, Mark. Thank you. Grateful to be on here and grateful to be a part

of the Langue community. So, Larry, tell us a little bit about, first, how did you even find me and land?

And what was the sort of impetus for you to even get into land investing?

Yeah, well, you know, I'm a full-time pastor.

And ever since I was 12 years old, I knew I was going to be in ministry.

And so I'm coming up on the 40-year mark of being a pastor.

So I don't think I'll ever leave that, but what I was looking for, not like a lot of people.

It wasn't that I was wanting to get out of my job.

I was just looking for a way to create other streams of income for, you know, the fourth

quarter of life, so to speak, and just taking care of my family and legacy.

And so I'd gotten into, I have some rental properties and a few markets across the United

States.
