I wanted to start out this episode by just telling you a little story that you may already know a little bit.

But it's more about why I absolutely love group exercise. And I'll say

this, and it might be some people that snub their nose at me, but I'm just being honest. So,

the first fitness job that I ever had was a group exercise instructor. I absolutely loved it. I absolutely loved

going into a room and having 30 to 50 people come in and us all moving together with some music.

And I know most of you have probably been to a wedding and the electric slide or some, you know, line dance comes on. And I know most of you have probably been to a wedding. And the electric slide or some,

you know, line dance comes on. And it's so much easier to go out when there's a group of people

to do a line dance. Whereas when the music is on by itself, a lot of people have that

nervous feeling of, well, I don't really know what moves to do, so I'm not

going to go dance, right? Or they say, I need some alcohol. I need a couple of drinks in me

before they do it with that, because they need that comfort. One of the things I loved and still

love about group exercise, and this is why you have to come to my events. You have to

I see some of the most amazing classes on Instagram. I remember years ago when I started seeing this
