1:23.3	How my name is Otito Bona. I'm a rising junior defensive line. I'm in UCLA, and I'm majoring in geography and environmental studies.
1:40.3	So Elisha and Otito, you are two of the hundreds of Pac-12 football players who've pledged to opt out of this upcoming season unless the conference addresses a series of demands.
2:01.9	And those demands were laid out in a Players Tribune article. And they include player-approved COVID-19 safety protocols, a permanent civic engagement task force to address racial injustice, and a 50-50 revenue split between the conference and the currently unpaid athletes, yourselves, in each sport. So, Elisha, let's start with you.
