And we have another divine message from a magic soul on this podcast. So first I want to point out my stuffiness. I just have a cold, just a simple common cold.

When my parents arrived last week, my dad caught a cold somehow and somewhere along their road trip to California and passed it on to me.

I got tested for COVID though and that came out negative thank goddess I'm so happy about that and my

intention was to record an episode but due to the stuffiness and myself having to cough every other sentence I figured you know what let's save their ears save my vocals and in divine time the solo which honestly might be super long because there's more things I want to add as the days go on

Will release in divine time, but when I was thinking about which episode I wanted to

re-shelf for today I went back to the classics and to perhaps one of my all-time favorites

actually not even perhaps definitely one of my all-time favorites which I

released on October 29th, 2018, an episode recorded with my dear friend, dear Soul Fam, Ainsley

McCloud.

And this episode like this podcast is very much for the old soul but to perhaps help you remember

I would not be surprised whatsoever it's so interesting to reflect back on this piece and I remember working on certain things once he shared something so I could just release it and it was simply just the knowing of that experience gave me permission to just release it.

But of course there are still other traumas that I still work on,

whether it's from a past life or honestly this life as well. But we're human, we all carry
