pocket circuit during COVID where he was talking about buying and selling small businesses,

and that was his thing. He was buying up businesses, buying up appliance stores, buying companies

to be able to vertically integrate his empire. And that's what he did. And not only did he do it,

but he also taught thousands of other people how to do it. Now he's on to a new chapter.

Nigel's actually been financially independent many times over for over a decade now, but he has made the pivot to

multifamily housing to be able to help solve the housing shortage that is a major, major

problem across America today. I allude to it in the beginning of the show, but this guy is

literally on site, multiple states away from his family every single week, working 100 hour weeks in the
