0:05.1	So for some people, social media is still not a part of their branding, their business, their daily life.

0:52.3	The first step is to get comfortable with capturing your essence, which is a healthy exercise
0:57.8	anyway because the only certainties that exist in the world are inside of you.
1:03.0	And so if all you do for social media today is to capture your essence to record yourself,
1:09.4	you will learn more about yourself.
1:11.9	It will bring out all types of reaction to fears, insecurities, things that you may not see in
1:16.8	yourself to help you effectively communicate or articulate value.
