Yeah, let's talk some shop. All right, Justin, but before we do, let's just rewind the tape.

How did you get started in real estate? Yeah, I had a quite the journey

a little less conventional than what most people from it from kind of what I've heard from others.

Out of high school, I ultimately, I really hated school. I hated everything about it. I hated

going. I didn't feel like I was learning. I hated the teachers.

I hated the people that I was going to school with. I just really wanted to avoid it. But my parents,

being the great generational parents that they were, told me that school was extremely important.
