Hey, everybody. It's Ken McRoy here, and I'm here with my friend Keith Weinhold and Keith comes from

Alaska, but he's a real estate guy. He's got his own podcast. He's got a great channel. Make

sure you go look at it. But more than anything, he's a real estate investor and he talks about

how he invests and how he started and all those kinds of things. And of course, you guys all

know that that's really,

really, really important to build that base. But for today, what we're going to talk about,

we're going to talk about Joe Biden's impact on your real estate. And Keith has some really,

really neat things that he's come up with on this, on his newsletter this week. And I wanted to kind of highlight him

this week so that you guys could kind of get in his head as to what he's thinking.

Hey, thanks very much for having me. Ken, it's great to be back. Yeah, awesome, awesome. So I know a lot of

investors are out there are really scrambling because Biden won the

presidency. You know, it is what it is. But I feel like no matter who wins, there's always a strategy

to play on the other side, no matter what side you're on, right? And it's not that big of a deal.
