0:30.0 | But if you're just doing the ketogenic diet alone where you're lowering your carbs, |
0:33.0 | the most that you can lose per week is about two pounds of fat per week if you're healthy. |

0:48.0 | You can lose a half a pound a day. |
0:51.0 | And that would be 0.227 kilograms for those Europeans. |
0:56.0 | Or that comes out to three and a half pounds lost per week or 1.58 kilograms per week. |
1:03.0 | Now, just realize that this is the best case scenario. |

1:09.0 | You have to have a really healthy metabolism to be able to lose that much. |
1:14.0 | Now, if you're just starting out, you're probably going to lose anywhere between seven to 15 pounds for the first week. |
