Quinn, we are two days out. We are two days out. We have to talk about this. We are actually three days out. Oh, it's Wednesday. Yeah, it's only Wednesday. We're cutting this on a Wednesday afternoon. We usually do these on Thursday. We're a little all over the place today. They have way more energy. Yeah, three days until the big race. I'm excited. I wish I like kind of never told anybody about it.

Like it's like, oh, I wish I didn't like tell. because everybody's like, oh, when's your race? When's your race? How are you doing? But I can say, you know, the body's healthy. The training is in. The mind is right. I'm going to do the best job I can do. And I feel really good about the weather. The weather's supposed to cooperate,

which is amazing. Are you running in Louis? No, I'm outside of Chicago. Outside of Chicago.

The Bears. So I'm very excited. And, you know, we're going to give our best. And I say that,

like, I could give you an entire, you know, epilogue about really what that means. We're going to do our best. Like in a little David Goggins action. I'm going to, you know, but I'm going to do my best. That's what I'm going to, I'm going to leave it at that. But you also have a big trip coming up. Yes. Are you excited? Did you nail down? I mean, I'm not going to lie. Nothing's been nailed. Learn how to speak Canadian.

I left the podcast last week. Stress. And I said to my wife, I'm like, I'm a little concerned about Allie. She's like flying across country to visit another country, literally, across the country to go to another country, and she has no plans.

It's true.

Last night, we had our mandatory get on this face time.

And 50% of the people showed up.

Well, everyone showed up, but we spent the first 20 minutes roasting each other.

And then we spent 20 minutes reflecting on our last trip and how awesome it was and all the funny stories and I can't believe when you did this and that kind of thing.
