So I was at home with my parents and my aunt came over and my aunt said, hey, you're like

mean to have enough income throughout retirement? How much is enough? That's what I'm thinking. But in this case, she's just looking for a quick kind of answer. Like, how much safe money should I have? She's looking for a rule of thumb. And I think that's the reason these rules of thumb exists, because if they don't and I start asking questions, well, now we've talked for three hours.
