1:02.9	So as you think back to this year,
1:04.4	what was one of the big goals or some of the big goals you had, Ash?
1:07.5	Yeah, for me, the biggest goal that I had
1:10.1	was to purchase a lakehouse. So that was
1:14.4	something that I've wanted for a while now. And I hit that goal in July. I closed on that
1:20.5	property, but it definitely came with some challenges that I didn't expect. And definitely a lot of lessons learned and all the investing
1:30.1	I did throughout the year. But that was my main goal was to get a lake house, to find one,
1:35.5	get it under contract, and to close on it. And I was able to do that. Tony, what was your big goal
1:42.6	from last year? I think the first big goal was just to keep the new baby alive.
1:48.0	So we succeeded in that.
