Hi, Dr. Berg here in this video we're going to talk about protein.

This is part one of a series of three videos and we're going to talk about how much

protein you need. Now this is a very general answer but typically most people need between three ounces and six ounces of protein per meal.

Now if you have kidney problems or liver problems you can need less. If you're an

athlete, younger or going through a lot of stress you need a little bit more. So this is an average. I'm about 1.92,

But if you're confused, I suggest you start with this range and then see how you feel.
