We have a big story here, and I told you this would happen when Governor 93 IQ, when one of

the stupidest men in public life signs a law that tells the federal government

how they can dress their law enforcement officers.

We told you that is blatantly, overwhelmingly unconstitutional.

He did it anyway.

I don't know if he's really stupid or he's that arrogant and dismissive of the Constitution. Probably both. But today, and this is over

ICE agents. You remember they passed an idiotic law that said ICE agents, when they're in California, they have to wear masks,

and they also have to wear ID.

Well, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has slapped down the part about wearing ID.

A lower district court judge had already taken care of the mask issue.

But she let the ID issue stand.

And this Ninth Circuit, by the Ninth Circuit, as you know,

is not exactly the most conservative court in the world.

Although, I don't know why it would be considered conservative or liberal.

It's the Constitution says that there's something called the Supremacy Clause where federal law
