Hello and welcome back to practicing human, the podcast where every day we're

getting a little better at life. I'm your host Corey Muscarra and before going into

today's episode I have some exciting news. I get so many questions from people

about in-person retreats and if I still run them when the next states are, where

they're going to be. Well, the exciting news is I am moving to a new retreat

center in upstate New York called Omega. You may have heard of it. It is a

very famous retreat center and it is hard to get into as a teacher. I've tried

over the years and it is not until this past year that I am finally accepted

and I am now on their roster for June 30th through July 1st. They have teachers

like Pemetrogerin, Eckhart Tolley, John Cavitzin, some really significant names

and so I'm excited to be on that list with many of the people I've looked up to

over the years. Omega is where I went on my first mindfulness retreat over 10

years ago. It is a beautiful campus on a lake with rolling hills, great

accommodations, amazing food and I can't wait for so many of you to experience

it. So if you are interested, the theme of the retreat is going to be starting

fresh, letting go, reconnecting and looking forward. You can learn all about it
