I used to live in Chicago as well, which I know you have a long history with.

Yes.

You are the entrepreneurial evangelist.

You are a podcast host as well as a guest.

And you have done so much in your backstory.

You're an army veteran.

You have a doing in finance. You've also owned a Cross Fit gym.

So please tell us about your journey and unpack it for us. How did that turn you into the

entrepreneur, podcast host, and the entrepreneurial evangelist?

Well, I think ultimately as much as it sounds like those were all disconnected lily pads

along the way of my life, I think the through line in my life's journey so far in my book.

Since I was a little boy, I always get very interested

and absorbed and passionate about those things that I like,

and I try to make them what I do for a living and so as a young man I was into clothes and fashion I worked at the mall I was into cars I worked at a shop I was into snowboarding I worked at a snowboarding hill and in those days I didn't know that that would lead me to be an entrepreneur but through a secuitous path

It's obvious now in hindsight that I don't have any choice but to take action on the vision that I have for my future.

So that's how we did it.

And ultimately, the second component of that

is through sports as a youth, and then the United States military,

the army, ultimately, then cross fit, and now what I do this now the other throughline has been community and tribe I just love love love going through it together working through difficult things whether that's solving problems in a business
