segment here. I went through my vacation slides for you to it. Now, I didn't quite do that, but

there was a larger political point to be made about where I was and where we need to go as a country

and how we need to get there. This segment, this opening

segment here actually pairs very nicely with the last segment of the show, did not intend for

it to go this way. But we ended up talking about Donald Trump and how in Trump's opening announcement

for 2024 campaign, he said, we need to make America great and glorious again.

He added a new word, great and glorious.

So we talked about that and the idea of a happy warrior, where did that come from?

It came back to 1806.

And then Reagan took it.

And then Andrew Breitbart, obviously, was his guiding mantra.

So greatness and glory and excellence and the happy warrior all put together.

But we don't have that in this podcast.
