As we continue this period when many members of our team

are taking time off with family.

We wanted to share today an interesting conversation I had with John Lowy,

who is the founder and president of the global action on gun violence, we are discussing Mexico's lawsuits

against several US gun manufacturers and I'm so excited for you to hear this

conversation because often when we talk about anything touching gun ownership we hear people saying we don't need new

laws we just need to enforce existing laws we don't need to do things that punish responsible

gun owners we need to target people who are purchasing, selling, and using guns

illegally. And I think this conversation opens a window into a new way that we might

do just those things. But before we hear from John, we wanted to
